20 million addresses mapped at 95% accuracy — for the first time in DRC history. Delivered through up to 100 modernized post offices, every one connected by Starlink.

A national fiber backbone connecting six major cities, with microwave reach to 100+ remote sites — and Starlink for last-mile rural coverage across the world's second-largest country.

Sovereign Data Center

A two-site sovereign cloud — Kinshasa primary, Lubumbashi disaster-recovery — Tier-IV certified, with a 24/7 Security Operations Center. The DRC's data stays in the DRC.
